Le chassis "HORNBY T2" ne présente pas de marque embossée. (voir image 2).
Ce wagon avec le dome "Hornby" apparait pour le première fois dans les pages du "Meccano Magazine"
de septembre 1925 à la rubrique "Hornby Series" (voir 1925)
Jusqu'à fin 1926 ce wagon était souvent présenté avec le dome "Meccano" (voir 1926)
Entre dans la composition des trains "Hornby N°1 et N°2 tank goods set LNER ou LMS ou G.W"
